Members living in Scotland and Wales are encouraged to vote in the elections to the Scotland and Wales Executive Committees, which open today (16).
PCS general secretary, Mark Serwotka, said it was a historic day for the union and democracy in action in his opening speech at the inaugural Scotland devolved policy conference today in Glasgow.
MP Beth Winter praised PCS for “punching above its weight” when it comes to political campaigning, when she spoke to today’s inaugural PCS Wales Devolved Policy Making Conference.
PCS General Secretary Mark Serwotka said that today’s inaugural PCS Wales Devolved Policy Making Conference is an example of our union’s democracy in action.
Ian Thomas, of the Senedd Commission branch, moved the first motion, in Welsh and English, of the historic PCS Wales Devolved Policy Making Conference, which noted the importance of the Welsh language in Wales.
