News
Our delegates proposed two motions, on devolution and employment rights, and the Welsh Offer, an initiative to improve unions’ support for Welsh-speaking members.
The TUC stands “unequivocally with PCS members” who have been campaigning and taking action for decent pay, pensions and job security, its general secretary Paul Nowak told delegates in Brighton.
The message to members is “post today, without delay” with only a few days left to maximise ballot turnout and ensure members have their say in our national campaign.
Activists across the union are using a new PCS Digital function called ‘follow up targets’ to prioritise contacting members who’ve recently engaged with the union.
At HMRC Belfast, activists are using a variety of tactics to get the vote out, including leafletting, face-to-face conversations, members’ meetings, social media, Call Hub, and the Organising Hub.
